1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Roitae, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Roitae provides barcode scanning, item catalogs, and digital bill creation for small stores. Bills are meant to help buyers and sellers cross-check purchases. Roitae does not process payments; payment QR codes are informational and you complete payment through your own bank.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data;
• interfere with or disrupt the service (including automated scraping or excessive API abuse);
• upload content that infringes others' rights.

5. Data and availability

We aim to keep Roitae available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features at any time. Please keep your own records of important data where required.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Roitae is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate product data or use of bill information. Always verify amounts with the other party before paying.

7. Termination

You may stop using Roitae and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
